💰 Pay Scale, Salary & Selection Procedure
Pay Band / Salary: Level-7 in the Pay Matrix (₹ 44,900 to ₹ 1,42,400/-) with Grade Pay ₹ 4,600/-, along with standard Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), and Nursing Allowances as per UP Govt norms.
Selection Procedure:
1. Computer Based Test (CBT): 100 Marks objective exam (80% Nursing Core subjects + 20% General Knowledge, English, Reasoning & Aptitude).
2. Document Verification & Biometric Authentication.
3. Final Merit formulation based solely on CBT performance.
